Hi, I'm Mark.

As CTO of Bergstrom Automotive, I lead the technology roadmap and cybersecurity strategy for 40 store locations and 2,500 team members. My work is defined by building relentless teams and implementing thoughtful strategies for our technology department.

My background includes transformative leadership at Direct Supply, where I oversaw middleware conversions and eCommerce systems, and Manitou Group, where I architected global dealer portals on Azure. I pride myself on maintaining a "cool head" during complex projects—a quality often noted by my peers.

I am a firm believer in treating your teams well and empowering them to do their best work. It's all about the people. I have dedicated my 21-year career to delivering value through IT strategy, organizational leadership, and process improvement.

Beyond the office, I am passionate about photography, capturing moments that tell a story. I am also an active community member, historically serving on the board for Roots and Branches, where we took care of the City of West Bend and its visual appeal and community outreach. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University.
